TRACE (Tenant Readiness and Configuration Evaluation) is a fixed-scope, two-week assessment of your Microsoft 365 tenant. It measures where the environment actually stands before Copilot goes on and hands back a prioritized plan for what to fix first. Assessment only. Nothing in the tenant changes while we look.

The review covers the whole estate: identity and access, SharePoint and OneDrive sharing, Exchange, Teams, Purview labels and DLP, security posture, and Copilot readiness. We surface where sensitive content is overshared, where permissions have drifted, and where the governance layer was skipped or half-built. You get a current-state readiness assessment, a governance scorecard, and a roadmap that names what to fix and in what order.

Most tenants we walk into were never governed for AI. Sharing is wide open, labels were never published, and DLP was never configured. It holds together until an audit asks for the labeling scheme, or Copilot switches on and starts surfacing files people forgot were shared. TRACE finds those problems while they are still cheap to fix, and if you want help closing the gaps, it ends with a scoped plan for the build.
